Seven Dwarfs Cabin - On The Brook Cabins

Breakfast not included. .we loved the back deck listening to the creak/brook. Very quite area.

We stayed in cabin #10 it was just perfect the place was spotless we had 2 double beds and a good sized bathroom. The best part was the door in our room that brought you outside to a little deck that gave you complete privacy and a little babbling brook it was just perfect. I had read bad reviews about the place after booking and had my doubts but everything was wonderful and we are looking forward to going back again. I also read bad complaints of the same room having a problem with a huge bees nest yes it was there and the bees carried on with their business as we did if you're from the city and don't like the outdoors this isn't your place but for us we will be back.

I strongly loved the cabin along with the creek that made me feel so joyful and calm. It was very relaxing. It was particularly good that I could hear the sound of gurgling water and birds.

It was OK.

I really liked the cabin—it was cute and cozy. When you opened the back door to the small deck, you could hear the sound of the brook, which was incredibly tranquil. I also spotted many different birds throughout my stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The refrigerator worked well and fit all my drinks with ease. The manager was friendly, and the service was prompt. Check-in and check-out were easy. The location is excellent—very close to downtown and the lake, with a pool on-site and quick access to I-87.

I’m going to be honest—the property needs a lot of maintenance. Behind the steps of one of the units, there were ladders and wheelbarrows. A giant wasp nest hung in a tree right next to my cabin; a woman and her child even expressed concern about it. Wasps were everywhere. The lattice under my cabin was damaged, and my back deck was covered in cigarette ashes. The louver windows on the back door were filthy, as were all the windows in my cabin, which also had mismatched, unattractive curtains. The toilet was extremely small—even for me at 5’3”. The shower stall was tiny, with no place to set toiletries. The toilet kept running. The pillows and bed linens reeked of bleach, and the overhead light with fluorescent tubes was harsh and unpleasant. This place could be charming with some care, but it clearly needs more love and attention.
