- Property was clean when checking in.
- Host provided bottles of water and tissue, along with lots of disposable toiletries.
- Host was contactable on WhatsApp for questions.
- Outside the property there are quite a few mosquitoes.

It's a very clean and neat place that's close to ICE BSD which was where I intended to go. There were also food options nearby such as Aeon Mall and other food establishments along the way.

Very close to ICE and extremely good value for money compared to nearby hotels.
You get what you pay for—meager facilities, not the cleanest, but comfortable for a short stay and very convenient.
