Upside: Quirky, non generic unit, never seen a place with more glasses, and owner is definitely into hemp! Well stocked kitchen. Ok view of mountain, and outdoor BBQ available unlike Chapparal. Friendly owner.
Downside: Other quirks included a footboard on the bed, which made it even more uncomfortable. Location is unfortunately open to 3 levels of streets so way louder street noise than Chapparal units just down the hill. Had to ask to get internet access passwords, no cable (which is fine, but a quirk), and despite penalty level $200 cleaning fee they'd not bothered leaving hand towels anywhere on property. Late checkout was listed as available at booking but when asked for couldn't be accommodated - and is still listed as available months later despite owner stating she'd fix this.
