São Vicente - 1Br - Facing to Marina

Location and layout of accommodation was perfect. Pool looked fab although we didn't use it. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cutlery. Balcony was large and great for relaxing with a perfect view of the harbour.

Some of the balcony furniture was very tired and in need of replacing

Location was good. Pool was good.

Some of the furniture on balcony was in disrepair and needs replacing. Settee also not particularly comfortable.

Property had lovely views and was in a great location

There was a very overpowering sweet smell from the carpet which was very off putting

The location was excellent, plenty of restaurants and bars looking over the marina, friendly atmosphere. A few supermarkets around the Marina and one just outside the main entrance. Also clothes shops but a bit on the pricey side. The pool was good but a bit chilly, quite a few sun loungers around it. The Apartment had a long balcony and bed chairs. TV, music, dvd player and books you could read.

The accommodation is looking a bit tired, needs some tlc. A broken outside table was held together with wire and moved a lot while eating. Kitchen blind hanging down on the left side, nobody had been to fix it. Sun loungers need new cushions, quite dirty. Plus lots of odd towels, in the wardrobe draws, had to move them before putting our stuff in, a bit cluttered should have another lock away draw for them. We also had a lot of ants in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Which they gave ant spray and powder. Hopefully left in there for the next tenants.
