The property is very new, and in nice condition. A well kept garden and small courtyard to enjoy your evening meal. It’s evident this hotel could be used for celebrations in a nice setting. It also had a space inside the hotel to store your bicycle.

The staff. AWEFUL! Firstly no attempt at any service. Not a hello, not a welcome. Only a sense of being interrupted that a highest had turned up. The evening I stay we were two guests in total. The other also experienced the same. No language skills - at all- clearly didn’t help. Nothing written in English / German or any other language to help the process. My booking with Booking.com was challenged. They questioned it and looked disappointed when I reconfirmed. Ultimately- staff called someone who spoke excellent English ( why were they not there?). And eased the process. The evening experince with staff did not change. Breakfast was overpriced. It also seemed they didn’t have all available compared to what they ‘offered’. It seems the staff had to go to the shops for supplies, returning only when I had already finished what I had been given. Again - another staff member, and case of zero service focus. This is such an easy fix - to make this hotel and the experience so much better - change the staff to those who 1) know what it takes to work I the service industry 2) update documents into other languages IF the staff cannot speak other languages 3) employees staff who can at least speak a few words of other languages 4) when people order breakfast, have everything ready ON time!

The staff were very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They provided safe storage for our bicycles. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious.
