The house is located only 350 meters from the sandy beach.
It is a three-room apartment with 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom with shower.
In the living room there is a sofa-bed for 1 person.
The living room leads to the sea view entrance.
At the rear of the house there is a private garden and a comfortable equipped veranda.
Accessories: electric oven, fridge, toaster, washing machine, flat screen TV, 1 fan.
The house is located in the Cala Lupo residential complex between Stintino and the Pelosa beach, which is 2 km away, and enjoys an enchanting view of the Gulf of Asinara. In the square of the complex there are shops of various kinds, diving center, bike rental, restaurant, bar, pizzeria.
Nearby activities: surfing, canoeing, jet skis, water skiing, riding stables, excursions to the Asinara park, fishing tourism excursions, excursions to various areas of Sardinia.
Cala Lupo is a quiet area surrounded by greenery, ideal for families with children and for all those who need to relax. The closest sandy beach is 350 meters away. The splendid and very famous Pelosa beach with its crystal clear sea is 2 km away, easily reachable on foot or by bicycle (cycle path). The Saline beach is 10 minutes away by car. In the area during the summer there is a shuttle service connecting to the main beaches and the town of Stintino.

Appartement très bien situé, vue sur mer, super marché et bar restaurant à côté. Surtout Patrizia nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Toujours disponible elle nous a aidé très efficacement lors d'un problème de santé. Merci à elle.

L'appartamento è funzionale, così come il luogo in cui è ubicato. Il minimarket sotto casa è fantastico. A pochissima distanza ci sono diverse calette molto carine e non affollate. Patrizia, la referente sul posto, è precisa e affidabile, si prodiga per ogni richiesta. Abbiamo trascorso 15 giorni molto belli.

Appartamento molto confortevole, ideale per famiglie di quattro persone. Molto pulito e accogliente, dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla e gente accogliente.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per due settimane e avremmo fatto ancora e ancora! E 'stato molto bello tempo! La casa è più bella delle foto! Tutto è nuovo, pulito e ben tenuto! La casa ha tutto il necessario, non manca nulla! Dai primi minuti si sente bene e come essere a casa.
La ragazza è stata molto gentile la più bella di sempre. E’ stata molto disponibile e comprensiva. La posizione è perfetta! C’è tutto sotto casa, negozi, prodotti da forno ecc. Tutto è raggiungibile a piedi e in un massimo di 10 minuti si raggiunge una spiaggia di sabbia fine e acqua cristallina !!!
