About this house rental
The house has been beautifully restored and expanded. The thick stone walls keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A woodburner heats the house, wood is free. A kitchen with dining table, well-equipped, 1 sleeping area (mezzanine for 2 people). In the sitting room a wood stove. Electric heating in bathroom and kitchen. The couch in the living room can be converted into a bed (1.40 m).
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is wifi.
Various seating areas outside in the sun or under the apple trees. There is a swimming pool (5x10m) shared with the owner. The owner lives on the property.
Signposted hiking trails start right outside the door. There is a lot of wildlife in the woods and the nightingale sings while you admire the most beautiful starry sky.
In the area you can eat delicious food, visit nice markets, old towns and museums and prehistoric places or beautiful gardens. You can also take a nice canoe trip on the Dordogne or the Vézère or go cycling. The house is not suitable for small children, we have not taken safety measuresfor them. There is no possibility to charge electric vehicles.

We had a great stay in La Petite. Cosy and authentic, yet comfortable and clean. Make sure to enjoy the sunset, it’s amazing right there on the patio. Nice central location to discover the region. Agnes is a fantastic host, spoiling her guests with fresh picked fruits every morning.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. Il est situé à environ 20 minutes ça va, ce qui nous a permis beaucoup de visites et des découverts. La piscine a permis des moments de rafraîchissement très agréable pendant la période de chaleur.

Des vacances dans un endroit calme. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes. Le gite et la piscine sont très agréables.

Nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir du mauvais temps toute la semaine..Avec la conséquence que notre souvenir de ce séjour est assez mitigé. Le gîte est bien aménagé. La déco est très chouette, avec un petit point moins enthousiaste pour la salle de bain, qui m'a paru assez froide. Mais par temps de pluie, et comme dans tous les bâtiments anciens, il fait sombre et pas très chaud à l'intérieur.
Le jardin est magnifique et nous pouvons en profiter en toute quiétude. Il y a une belle piscine, un vrai point positif de la location.
La propriétaire habite à côté et est vraiment très gentille, tout en n'étant pas envahissante. Nous avons reçu plusieurs fois d'excellents fruits et légumes de son jardin.
Enfin, nous avons vraiment beaucoup aimé la région, pleine de beaux villages et riche en bons produits...Elle est aussi idéale pour les promenades.
