About this villa rental
Exclusive villa in the area of Donnalucata, the town renowned to be the set of the movie Inspector Montalbano. The white stone of this house and the scent of the Mediterranean plants (and sea) of its garden, will be an unforgettable memory for the visitor. Indoor the house stands on two floors. We can find three spacious and bright bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From many side of the house one can enjoy a great view of the African sea. In the ground floor we'll find a gorgeous Sicilian kitchen, spacious and well equipped and with a great view of the pool area. The exterior extends on 7000 sqm and here you can find many lovely corners as the BBQ area, the thinking Carob three (with a bench under it), the succulents zone, and a lush lawn by the pool. Between the house and the pool area there also is a huge terrace overlooking where to enjoy summer moments. This gorgeous villa, among the most favourite by the visitors, is just 1.5 km's away from the sandy beach pof Donnalucata.

This property didn't fail to impress. Meeting the agent Sandra who was freindly and very kindly gave us a tour it was amazing how clean and spacious (both inside and out) the acccomodation. It was also well equipped which meant that all that was needed was a quick trip to the local Conad supermarket (7 mi8nute drive) to get some food.that was.
