The newest private pool villa located in Rawai where has many attractions and all activities. It is the one popular place for a holiday.
Natural and fresh designed make you feeling cozy and relaxing with its looks and good atmosphere for a vacation stay, one good choice for family or friend group or couples.
Living space:
- A large space of the living room with LCD screen TV, worldwide cable TV, DVD player.
- a fully equipped western kitchen with a fridge, microwave, toaster , oven etc.
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds.
- two great design bathrooms and one outside toilet.
Outside space: the dining terrace, large garden and swimming pool.
- Car parking is available
RATE INCLUDES:
-Cleaning once per week
-Maintenance of Swimming Pool and Garden
-Drinking water and water fees included
-Towels and linens provided
-Internet wifi, cable tv, and safe
RATE EXCLUDES:
The electricity fee is 6 THB per unit
SERVICES :
- Arranging car and motorbike rental, the price depends on the car/motorbike model and its condition
- Providing airport transfer
- Tours and Activities
-Arranging massage at the villa
-Other special requests like surprise decorations with balloons/flowers can be arranged with extra charge
HOUSE RULES :
-Security Deposit:
A deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent to your currency) is required to pay on arrival and it will be returned at check-out.
-Smoking is permitted in the OUTSIDE areas only, Strictly no smoking inside the villa
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
-Check- in time is 3pm , Check-out time is 11am
-Check-in after 6pm has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Check-out before 8am has an extra fee of 1,000 baht
-Late Check-Out has a surcharge and depends on the availability on the check-out day. This will be arranged with the attendant.

We had the most wonderful week at this villa situated in lovely Rawai. The villa was perfect and the location was good. We found the little restaurants near by lovely and the walk into town easy. We were helped to hire a car which also went very smoothly.
The villa was cleaned twice while we were there and the gardens and pool were also cleaned. A awesome stay!
We had already booked to spend our 2nd week in a hotel but I wished we had 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. Thank you to the owners who made it an easy experience and for all the help prior to the trip.
