This unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Bed (or 2 Twin Beds), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, and laundry is in the unit. Maximum of 6 occupants.
Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range.

NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security.
The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively.

This is the second time we've stayed here and absolutely love it. My sister and i decided to come here every April for a few days. Next year were going to extend it one more day!

It was clean and comfortable. Pool was in walking distance. Would stay again.

Overall the property was good but we had a few issues. The grill in the unit (on the back deck) did not work and none were available for us. At check in, the First Lady we dealt with was not very friendly or helpful. Our confirmation said check in started at noon but when we arrived (about 12:30) we were told 4:00. This was problematic with a 2 month old baby. After “early check in” we dealt with a different person at the desk who provided us an open unit. We lost water pressure one day but it was restored fairly quickly. The second to last day we were there, there was a water line break and water was bubbling up from the landscape in front of our unit and water (with mud and sand) was flowing down the sidewalk outside our unit for the last 36 hours we were there. Also, our confirmation indicated 11:00 check put but when we double check with the front desk, we were told 10:00.
