Ih is in a great location! Really a few meters from the nearest beach, and there are much in the neighbourhood. Lots of great restaurants on the seaside, and the house has a great wibe , really nice! All rooms are separately climatised ! We had everything there, what we needed on our family vacation.
The upper (rooftop) room was a bit smelly, we tried to ventillate, but it always came back. But the children weren't bothered of it, they played good there in the afternoons. We didn't see really bad things in this accomodation.

Fantastic location, beautiful views. The rooftop bedroom is incredible. Small but functional kitchen. Would definitely return.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en el duplex. Súper bien ubicado, una zona muy concurrida pero a la vez, tranquila. Con facilidad para aparcar cerca, muchos comercios alrededor, las vistas son estupendas, todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. Magdalena fue muy cordial con nosotras. Volveremos a ir seguro.
La puerta de entrada sí que te da cierta inseguridad pero te das cuenta que en toda Mallorca son así. Las almohadas podrían ser más cómodas.
