I recently stayed at SanRock Hotel in Amman for a short visit from Australia due to a family emergency, and I’m truly grateful for the comfort and kindness I experienced during my stay.
The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made a stressful trip much easier. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service.
A special thank you to Lina and Heba at the reception. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their welcoming attitude and genuine care made a big difference, and I deeply appreciated their support during a difficult time.
Overall, a great stay with excellent staff. Highly recommended.

The location was good and the staff responded when we requested items
We didn’t find tissues and water in the room when we arrived, and had to request them. Also, I had booked with breakfast included, but at the restaurant the staff told me in front of other guests that my booking didn’t include breakfast. This was embarrassing, and later I confirmed breakfast was included. The situation could have been handled more politely and discreetly.
