I offer you for short term rental, this pretty T3 in a secure residence in Saint-Pierre, ILE DE LA REUNION.
Geographic location
This apartment is located near the city center of Saint-Pierre (a few minutes walk) and shopping centers (by car).
A 5 minute walk is the beach with its many restaurants, nightclubs and casino. Various water activities are also offered (diving, boat trips ...)
Description of accommodation
You will have about 65m ² well arranged: a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and unlimited WIFI, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed + two single bunk beds) a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washing machine.
You can enjoy the terrace (14m²) to relax and watch the sunset.
Two parking spaces are available in the basement of the residence.
Photo # 1 shows the impeccable condition of the kitchen. Photos 2 and 3 show you the terrace and the living room. Photos 4 and 5 show the two bedrooms; the next picture, the bathroom. And the last photo gives you a glimpse of the swimming pool of the residence.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby (cot available). For information, linen is provided for your stay. This apartment is non-smoking; however, smoking is allowed on the terrace.
Tourist interest
Saint-Pierre, considered as "the capital of the south" of the island is ideally located for the departures of hiking trails, for the discovery of the "Great South Wild" and the Hauts de l'île.

The apartment is very nice with a terrace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Beautiful shower in the lovely bathroom. Quiet residence with a superb pool. Highly recommend.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Gilbert il a prit le temps de tt nous expliquer et nous a même conseillé sur certaines randos et visites . Des rafraîchissements nous attendaient au frais
L appart est très agréable avec sa terrasse et la clim dans les chambres il est bien équipé lave vaisselle lave linge
Et la salle d eau est ravissante avec une douche très spacieuse
Il est bien situé dans st Pierre résidence très calme avec une superbe piscine 2 parking en ss sol
Je recommande à 100%
