The apartment, airy and bright, has two large air-conditioned bedrooms, large living room where up to four additional beds can be accommodated, large kitchenette, two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower cubicle, washing machine, exclusive outdoor shower, barbecue , outdoor spaces of relevance equipped for outdoor lunches and / or dinners. Possibility of parking on a private access road adjacent to a small pine forest. This is an apartment located slightly on the lowered floor. L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente a ciò che viene presentato nelle foto, comodo fresco e ben tenuto con un barbecue fantastico per le grigliate di gruppo.Vicinissimo ad una spiaggetta di sabbia e a pochi minuti da tutte le discoteche e la movida. A pochi km da Gallipoli e dal centro storico. Il proprietario è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. se potessi ci ritornerei ORA!

Abbiamo deciso di prenotare dopo aver visto le foto dell'inserzione e aver contattato telefonicamente il proprietario, Sig. Virgilio, che ci è sembrato da subito persona seria e disponibile, come poi in effetti è stato.
All'arrivo l'accoglienza è stata ottima, la cortesia del proprietario e dei suoi familiari impagabile e l'appartamento è davvero bello, pulito e confortevole. Nonostante il gran caldo di quei giorni non abbiamo mai praticamente acceso i condizionatori in camera visto che gli ambienti sono molto freschi e la sera era un piacere cenare nel piazzale esterno dotato anche di un ottimo barbecue.
Anche il paese è perfetto visto che di sera è molto tranquillo ma dotato di tutti i servizi necessari. A pochi passi c'è la spiaggetta di Marina di Mancaversa ideale per passare qualche ora in relax ed appena 5 minuti di macchina ci sono Baia Verde e Gallipoli. Ancora più vicine sono le spiagge di Punta Pizzo e Punta della Suina ma in generale la posizione è ottimale per raggiungere tutte le mete del Salento, una terra magnifica!
In conclusione la vacanza è stata ottima anche grazie alla location e alla cortesia dei nostri ospiti e se il prossimo anno torneremo in Salento, sicuramente cercheremo di tornare qui.

Appartamento molto ampio, fresco e con tutti i comfort necessari per un gradevole soggiorno.
Situato in una posizione strategica che permette di arrivare alle spiagge più belle del Salento e alla famosa movida di Baia Verde (5 min ).
Il proprietario, Virgilio, è una persona molto disponibile e cordiale, che ci ha fornito indicazioni molto utili (spiagge, panifici, ristoranti).
Consiglio vivamente a tutti questo appartamento sia a famiglie che gruppi di ragazzi.
