Description
A townhouse right next to the beach with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and own private swimming pool. You can walk down to the seafront in less than 1 minute. Local restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, newspaper shop within a 30 seconds walk . A car is not essential unless you wish to sight see.
On the ground floor is a living area with air conditioning plus comfy sofa seating and dining area, TV and WIFI , kitchen, a twin bedroom with ceiling fan direct over the bed plus a shower room . On the first floor is a twin bedroom with air conditioning and double bedroom with air conditioning and a private terrace, family bathroom with bath with shower over . On the upper floor is a roof top solarium .
Outside in the garden area your have your own private swimming pool measuring 7 meters x 4 meters which includes a small children's splash area, 4 Sun beds around the swimming pool , umbrella plus outside dining area with awning for shade (table + seating for 6) . there is also a built in charcoal BBQ area
TV with English satellite system and WIFI system
If you have a car there you can park direct outside the house in the small street (if the space is available as its not allocated parking) OR you can park in the main street (in the summer due to beach location parking here can be difficult )
The villa is suitable for up to 6 people sharing
the villa is suitable for all including the less mobile as there is a downstairs bedroom and shower room plus ramp at entrance.

The villa is located approx 150 meters from the sea front . Local shops restaurants bars cafe supermarket are all within easy walking distance.
It is easy to get to - only 40 minutes from Murcia International airport and approximately 1 hour 10 minutes from Alicante airport.

My husband and I stayed for 12 nights. Great communication throughout. Annette kept in touch before our arrival and departure . All very smooth.
Villa is lovely, everything you need, loads of kitchen equipment, wi go, English TV, book swap. very comfy beds and pillows. Bed linen Nd pool towels provided. Pool was lovely, cleaned twice a week, nice seating area with shade, and great sunbeds with cushions. Parking, no problem. Few nice restaurants within 2/3 mins walk and a little supermarket. Lidl and supermercado 10 mins easy drive. The Corner bar just down the road 2 min walk, great find, nice food, atmosphere and live music a few nights a week, good night out. Drive into San pedro del pintare, nice restaurants and beach bars. Mud pools are great
fun, sandy beach and warm shallow waters. We drove around the area, as we are looking to retire here, not disappointed , many different beach area, parks, restaurants and shopping areas. I would highly recommend the villa, we had a wonderful relaxing time. Thank you.

Por poner un pero, la playa no ha estado muy bien por las algas, pero la casa está muy bien y la piscina es un lujo. Todo limpio y el funcionamiento de todo perfecto (aire acondicionado, wifi,.....). La piscina se limpia una vez a la semana y si lo necesitas más no tienes más que llamar. Además viene otro señor a limpiar todo el patio y mantener las plantas. En general muy bien para pasar unas vacaciones.
