About this villa rental
Villa with capacity for 8 people. From its terraces and private pool you can enjoy unrivaled views over the bay of Fornells. Free wi-fi.
The house consists of two separate floors, distributed as follows:
-Ground Floor ideal for families with service personnel or with children who want to enjoy some independence: zone 'chill out' (TV, reading area, sound equipment ...), bedroom with twin beds and bunk. Ensuite.
Home -Ground: room with double bed, bedroom with twin electric beds, bathroom, large kitchen overlooking the bay, lounge with sea views, laundry, terrace with barbecue and main terrace with direct access to the pool from which can enjoy an incomparable view and the magnificent relaxing moments.
This villa is fully equipped so you can enjoy your holiday as comfortable as if they were at home (kitchenware, dishwasher, linens, towels ...). All the beds in the house are of recent acquisition and good quality (latex or viscoelastic).
Have at their disposal all kinds of accessories for babies (cots, high chairs, recliners, car seats ...), without any additional cost.
Being a residential area with little traffic, road always have enough parking for several cars. In turn, our villa has a private patio with seating for up to three vehicles.
For those unfamiliar Fornells, this home is located just outside the village, but in turn, is within walking distance to the center in 5 minutes.

Summary of reviewsWe had a fabulous Easter holiday at Victoria's chalet. The location was perfect, the views were unbeatable, and the house was immaculate and well-equipped. We will definitely come back!

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones de Semana Santa formidables en el chalet de Victoria, que por cierto estuvo muy pendiente de que nos sintiéramos a gusto. El emplazamiento de la casa es perfecto y las vistas, inmejorables.
La casa estaba impecable y muy bien equipada, justo como aparece en las fotos. Lástima que no hiciera suficiente calor y no aprovechamos la piscina.
Nos encanta Fornells y aunque es probablemente una de las zonas más caras de la isla, el precio del alquiler nos pareció más que razonable. Evitar el mes de Agosto, cuando los precios son prohibitivos.
¡Repetiremos!
