About this house rental
Carrick Fergus is a centrally located self contained property in picturesque Port Fairy. Located in Regent Street it is a stones throw of several restaurants and the central shopping area and ideally suited to a small family.
This Cottage has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a set of bunks and single bed for a further three people. The kitchen has ample counter space as well as a bar area and seating.
Outside the opens onto a decking area and garden without door seating and BBQ, perfect for summer lunches after your morning activities. In the winter take advantage of its location to enjoy Port Fairy's winter weekends or just the quiet of village life out of season.
It provides comfortable accommodation in a quaint but tidy modernized cottage.

Cute cottage in the heart of port fairy

Very happy with the cottage and its location. It included all that was necessary to make our stay enjoyable. A couple of suggestions. The power supply needs to improve so that that we can use the heater and kettle at the same time. Secondly, as an elderly person, I found it difficult to get out of the sofa and chairs

Good centrally located property. Adequate living space. Plenty of backyard for kids to play. Bathroom area is quite outdated.
