Bright airy apartment of 120m2 renovated 2014 with 3 double bedrooms including atrium, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen + 20m2 terrace only 2 minutes from beach. The property benefits from TRIPLE glazing to all windows which has been fitted in 2019 and blocks out all road noise to make it even more comfortable. Private parking underneath. 40 minutes walk from Le Lavandou on safe cycle path skirting coastal road. 5 & 15 minutes from neighbouring beaches. Great local restaurants and hotels within minutes walk.

We loved our stay at this apartment. In our opinion the photos dont show how lovely the apartment is and the location is excellent. The beach is a couple of minutes away and there are excellent restaurant options locally too. Le Lavandou is a short 10 min drive away so you can visit the town and beaches and then retire to the peace and quiet. A perfect stay!

We went with 2 kids and the size of the apt was great for that. Fully equipped kitchen and clean nice furniture. The beach is 3min down the road and was not crowded at all while we were there in June. You have the choice of 3-4 different beach clubs where you can rent sunbeds or eat if you wish. Only downside of the apt was the terrace which was not in great shape. We didn’t use it at all.
