익산역 주변이 아니라 여행자 입장에서 조금 불편했지만 미륵사지, 왕궁리 유적지 등 관광지와의 거리는 문제없었어요. 전반적으로 호텔 주변이 조용하고 호텔 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다. 다음에 익산 갈 일이 있으면 또 이용하려고 합니다.
욕실 미닫이 문이 불편했어요. 향후 리모델링시 꼭 개선했으면 합니다. 손이 끼일 수도 있고(호텔측에 이미 공지) 여러사람이 동시에 욕실과 옷장을 이용하기 불편합니다. 그리고 조금 더 좋은 커피드립백을 제공하면 좋겠어요. (제공된 커피백은 거의 맹물.. ) 수건도 좀 낡았던데 여력이 있으면 교체하면 좋을 것 같다는 생각입니다. 욕실 사워시 밖으로 물이 많이 흘러나오는 것 등등 전반적으로 욕실에 좀더 세심한 체크가 필요할 듯 합니다. 하지만 묵는데는 큰 불편함은 없었어요.

I like the corner room with all windows. The reception area and coffee area was very nice.
Nice looking and clean. Staff extremely helpful.
The table in the room gave the room a cheap feeling. Rather put a profession looking table or a couch.
Food menu did not give many options.
