About this house rental
Finca Buenavista is a 200 year old restored Canarian farmhouse. It has breathtaking coastal views of the South of Tenerife including Los Christianos and Playa De Las Americas. It is set in a peaceful 4000 metre plot near the pretty Spanish village of Arona with all local amenities including supermarket, chemist, post office bank a few bars and restaurants. Yet it is only 15 minutes drive to the coast with its many beaches as well as bars, restaurants and shops and choice of recreational activities including the famous Siam waterpark.There is a twin and double with shared bathroom on the ground floor and a twin and master bedroom on the first floor with a shared shower room. The house is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with pool, table tennis table, barbecue area and covered pergola with seating for 8 as well as a fire pit for cooler evenings. The house even has its own cave.

This property is absolutely stunning. It's a view you'd never get tired of looking at, and the grounds are wonderfully maintained gardens and spaces, across multiple levels. My three year old loved exploring for pine cones to put on the fire pit.Inside it's a similar story, big open spaces, everything you'd want and need and very secure with an alarm and cameras.The location is fantastic, arona is a beautiful village, the walk to and from is great (I don't advise doing it with prams!!) and the aroma cafe was particularly great, we visited most days. There's also a park there for little ones.It's conveniently located near Los christianos, PDL Americas and Adeje, we visited them all. Worth bearing in mind that the weather up in the villa is vastly different than down there, but we did travel in March, so expected it.

Villa had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Very clean and well equipped. Views were amazing and the local bakery sells delicious pastries. Jim was incredibly helpful when we arrived, I’m sure we’ll be back again! Thank you Julie for a wonderful stay

Beautiful spacious villa offering outdoor heated pool. Completely private in picturesque surroundings. Our family group of teens and adults spent the perfect holiday here. Just the treat we all so deserved. Communications were never too difficult. Jim made every effort to help us settle. The location is stunning. Recommend a confident driver in the party and a car hire or use cabs. Only draw back was it wasn't really walking distance to restaurants but that wasn't a problem for us. Recommend booking, one not to miss, we would definitely return. Thanks Julie the owner and Jim for all the tips and help.

One of our top experiences renting a house in general (and we tend to do that every holiday).
The house is spacious and nicely furnished and the views are stunning. Also the place is very well kept, really clean and has a great relaxed ambiance. Lots of info about the house, island, many spots where you can relax.
The pool is nice and has solar panels warming it so it was possible to use it in late November :) The air temperature is usually 3-4 degrees lower that in san cristianos.
The contact with both the owner and the manager easy and quick.
Overall a great experience, would love to visit again!
