Chatham Village - Center - Main Street Center Area

Good location and comfortable.

Amazing small village with plenty to do and easily to reach the rest of Cape Cods beaches, forests and towns.

The apartment is in a great location just as described in the listing! It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Though it’s on Main Street we found it very quiet when we were there mid September. Dave was very responsive, made everything easy! You won’t be disappointed! We brought bikes and stored them securely in the garage. The 7.5 mil bike path connector to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just around the corner. There are 3 great restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Town is just a 15 minute walk and was charming. We didn’t have beach weather but made the short drive to Lighthouse Beach and parked easily.

We were a party of five adults and one two year old. The layout of this home is wonderful; bedrooms are clustered around a full bathroom.... leaving the huge kitchen, Comfortable deck w table and grille and large LR and DR areas for family togetherness. EVERYTHING WAS SPOTLESS, very up-to-date, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with utensil, cookware and condiments. This was super as the corona virus had us eating in more often, along with take-outs. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and DEL MARS across the street has super pizza for your first night post travel. The property’s location is so convenient. Oyster pond BEACH is a very quick ride where there is plenty of parking and very calm water. The town of Chatham is well within walking distance and is simply charming. Evelyn was so gracious we were able to access the apartment earlier than expected as cleaning had been done so the baby was “kept on scheduled nap time.” If I had 10 thumbs I’d give this Chatham gem a ten-thumbs-up!
