Beautiful 1 bedroom m apt looking over the city of St. George's harbor and yacht club below. Apt is spacious with newly remodeled bathroom. Less than 10mins by car/bus to Grand Anse beach, walking distance to city center and bus line.
The neighborhood is residential with local schools and college down hills. The restaurants, shopping, bars, social spots, and beach are a short bus/taxi or drive away.
Public transport is very accessible from local buses, which will pick you up anywhere on the roads and designated bus stops. There is also shared sparking space for 3 - 4 cars if you choose to rent a car.

For a small apartment, this was a very cozy plaze with a nice view from the terrace. The owners (Doreen and Bill) were very friendly, generous and helpful! Strategically located between St. Georges and Grand Anse beach, with a short walk to reach the local buses. Located somewhat uphill, perfect exercise after a day on the beach.
The street below the house does have some traffic, however it calmes down in the evening. Then the terrace is a nice place to enjoy the evening.

Property is located in St.George's up a hill. Difficult to locate without a driver, which can be arranged () for checkin. Downhill walk to Route1/ city, uphill return (not paved). Lower level drive operates a carwash, decent amount of noise from the road below... otherwise dogs/rooster/ and an occasional goat :)Apt well equipped & clean (see concerns below). Lots of lengthy instructions on notes abt apt from the owner. Concern: There is no hot water... which may be typical in kitchen/ bathroom sink... but unexpected in the shower. There was no hot water from day 1... and there was never hot water, even after contact with the owner up until day 7/ checkout. Owner was aggravating in communication concerning the lack of shower hot water. Responding that it wouldn't be hot for "safety". It was lukewarm at best, even after "service" by electrician. She kept mentioning NOT adjusting the heater/damage to an element (?). I had &have no idea what she was talking about. The only thing hot was the propane stove.I didn't turn on the air conditioning, so no comment there. But there were a few rainy days/ cooling the island a bit and there was only a thin white sheet on the bed...I had to use bath towels as another layer.Pros: Wifi, clean apt, starfruit tree/ fruitPoor communication from the owner not fair on holiday vacation. I would not rebook. In fact my vacation was extended due to a travel alert and I found hot water elsewhere in Grenada. Enjoy your holiday elsewhere
