The property is well kept and convenient to shopping, restaurants, biking and hiking. We were able to bike along the canals and hike in the Phoenix Preserve

Highly recommend renting this place, feels like home, safe and quiet area. Frank and Caroline are wonderful people and very accommodating!! Really loved my stay here and kinda sad to leave!!!

The condo was clean, airy, quiet and has a very comfortable patio. It is close to stores and the Phones Mt. Preserve where we enjoy daily walks
