About this house rental
Tucked in the safe, quiet neighborhood of Beach Grove in Tsawwassen, you will be right next to the BC ferries to Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, a 5 minute drive from Point Roberts right across the border, 1/2 hour from Peace Arch border crossing, 1/2 hour from Vancouver, 20 minutes to the airport, and 2 hours to Whistler or Seattle.
Tsawwassen is a small community and peaceful spot with restaurants and shopping just a short walk or drive into town. The ocean is a few blocks away, with popular Centennial Beach a short 5 minute drive down the road. Two blocks away you’ll find a beautiful bike and walking path along the dyke. Just down the way is Big Splash water park and Tsawwassen Mills mega mall. Public transit is easily accessible just at the end of our street. This is a great location for those who enjoy golf, bike riding, and walks on the sandy beach while exploring the shore line and the bald eagles nesting in the area.
This brand new, light filled 2700 sq. ft beach style home has two levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and is the perfect combination of relaxation, comfort and luxury living.
Enjoy an open plan design featuring a full kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, as well as an outdoor fire pit with covered seating space, a barbecue, open eating area, hot tub and pool.
Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, television and ensuite. Down the hall are the other two bedrooms each with their own queen bed and the second bathroom.
Wireless internet, tv and Netflix are available. Heating/air conditioning as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer are included.
In addition, for safety and security purposes the house is fully equipped with video surveillance, motion sensor lights and an alarm system.

We had an amazing time at Dean’s beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice, the home was well stocked and Dean was a helpful and very responsive host.

Deans house is stunning, comfortable, and well stocked. My family stayed here for my sisters wedding weekend and we couldn’t have been happier to have such an amazing space as our home base. Dean was great for showing us how the house/pool/etc worked. Should i end up needing to stay out in this area again, we would absolutely love to stay again!
