T2 apartment of 35m² having received the LABEL ORCIERES '' GRIFFES CONFORT + '' and classified 2 stars in Furnished Tourism.
Bright and ideally located in a recent residence with lift, ski slopes and ski lifts (Télémix de Rocherousse) at 100 m, the ski school is a few steps away.
Housing located on the 1st floor, bright and very pleasant.

A bathroom with towel dryer, hairdryer, a separate toilet.
A spacious living room with a large sofa Rapido 160 sleeping, flat screen TV, convertible sleeping 90, table, chairs, stools.
An equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 42L oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 3-in-1 appliance (raclette, grill, pancake) and a fondue set.
Fridge Freezer.
NEW 2020 SEASON: Nespresso coffee maker (Attention: use only aluminum capsule).
South East facing balcony, view of the mountains.
Recent heating in each room.
A heated and heated ski locker is available on the 2nd floor.
Private covered parking under the residence (access with elevator).

Muriel, our concierge will welcome you and will do the inventory of your departure and remains available in case of problems. Not staying on site, I am available by phone and e-mail, being in regular contact with the person who gives you the keys, I am very responsive if a problem arises.
Included in the rental, 240 * 260 duvets and blankets, pillows with their protective covers, mattress pads (for hygienic reasons), you can rent bed linen and towels from the Conciergerie which provides this service.
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
WIFI connection: Possibility of Wifi access (20GB): 10 Euros
The resort of Orcières also offers a free WIFI access during the day (from 8:30 to 18:30) on the terrace of the Office of Tourism, the snow front of the Flags, the place of Queyrelet and at the start of the telemix Rocherousse: choose the network 'ORCIERES-FREE'.
