Cool beachy modern vibe. Clean and very spacious rooms
Room not ready on early arrival which is always a bummer but ready by stated 4pm check in time. I had emailed ahead of time letting them know we would be arriving early

Breakfast was excellent, staff were fantastic and facilities were spotless.
The restaurant downstairs was closed for a private function, the roof restaurant was nice but noisy as it doubles as a club with DJ and not our cup of tea.

Fantastic location, everything was extremely good quality and value, making for a very ambient experience. All staff were exceptional and had the ability to make you feel very special. Food and drink quality very good too.
The courtesy pool and staff at the sister hotel, very poor.

It is unacceptable in an hotel at that price to come back after a long day of work and have your room NOT CLEANED!! I will reconsider staying there wg=hen coming for my regular meetings in FL. There is not even any recognition you have been coming as of now maybe 10 times in the past year... Room for big improvement in customer service here...
