(1 Master en-suite bathroom has double sinks & Walk-In shower & 2nd Master Bedroom has 1 sink & Rainfall Shower). 3rd Half Bath off living room.
*Queen Futon Sofa Bed (*sleeps 2) in 'cove' off living room area with Half Bath (Sink/Toilet) nearby. Full length ceiling to floor red Privacy curtain.
*Full gourmet Kitchen: with ALL appliances, utensils, place settings for 6 people, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, 2 bar stools.

*Electricity usage is a Separate Charge (In/Out Meter Readings provided with guest present). This is typical everywhere in Dominican Republic as Electricity is very expensive & this allows guests to control usage & conservation when at beach/out of condo. (Avg. $5-15/day)
*Electricity Fee (prepaid deposit of $20/day).
*No parties, NO Drugs allowed on premises. NO SMOKING allowed* 100% smoke Free condo.
*No pets allowed for any renters at Costa Hermosa*
*If traveler Books with E check or Credit card the 3% Processing fee/Homeaway transaction fee will be Deducted from $500 Security deposit. It is deducted from Owner Payout. But shall be covered by Renter* (screenshot of fee shall be provided).
By booking, All renters agree to All Rules as stated above*
Check in: after 3pm
Check out: 11am
Late check out after 11am will be assessed a $50/hour late Checkout fee up to 3 hours. After 3 hours late checkout constitutes another FULL day will be charged to the renter ($150 rate) as no new reservation can be taken that day due to 5 hours necessary to clean & prepare the rental.
*Luggage cannot be stored after 11am checkout as we are not responsible for belongings/liability. Must be arranged With host ahead of time.

This was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The proximity to the pool was great for my elderly mother-in-law. This is a quiet, enjoyable home away from home. We felt very secure with the doorman there night and day.
The kitchen could profite from a bit more lighting.

Our fourth times in DR and the first time in condo instead all-inclusive. WOW!!! You can trust the pictures. Very nice condo and private. Very quiet and clean. Well equipped, close to the beach, market, and very good restaurants. Robin was great and helpful in anytime. I highly recomend this condo . A must se if you go in DR.

I can't say enough words to describe how great this condo is. The pictures are nice, but, the condo in person is beautiful. Really nice and private. Definitely happy we settled on Robin's place. In addition to alluring condo, Robin and Romana were get host. Any questions we had, they answered expeditiously and anything we needed, they supplied. If you are traveling to the DR, I highly recommend this condo. We're already planning our return visit and will definitely be booking the condo again. Thanks for all the hospitality you showed us!

Having never been to the DR before, we were hesitant renting a condo vs. an all-inclusive. We are so glad we went the condo route. Robin was great to work with with. She helped us organize airport transfers and gave us great advice about the area. The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. Its location is great within the complex with the pool just outside your door. The staff at the complex is extremely helpful. There is a mini-mart right around the corner and larger stores within walking distance or a tax or bus ride away. It is an easy walk to the beach as well as numerous restaurants and bars. You can't possibly visit all of them in one trip. If you are looking to explore the area and want something other than an all inclusive this is a great place to stay. We promise you won't be disappointed.
