Very comfortable villa, luxury hotel. 3 bedrooms offer 140 cm bedding and a master bedroom with 160 cm bedding and a TV (new high quality bedding). All bathrooms are fitted with walk-in showers. 2 WC. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, robot, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine ...). In the large screen TV lounge, with home cinema, DVD player. Magnificent interior patio fitted out for convivial moments. Villa in the purest style of the Ile de Ré with exposed timbers in all rooms. The villa is located 50 meters from the most beautiful beach on the Ile de Ré, offering a sailing school and a surf school. Ideal family villa. Center du Bois Plage 1 km easily accessible on foot or by bike, all shops. Closed courtyard for 4 cars.

Lovely property with great facilities, and the location, being pretty much as close to the beach as possible was just incredible, whilst still having parking, bike storage space and a lovely outside space to eat in the evenings.

On ne peut que recommander cette maison ,emplacement idéal à 50 m de la plage de gros jonc ,le confort est maximal ,la supérette proxi du camping en face est un atout de meme que la possibilité de restauration .
L'intérieur est moderne ,la literie est excellente ,la maison est lumineuse et les petits patios intérieurs sympas.
Autre plus la possibilité de garer en sécurité trois voitures dans la cour .
Nous avons passé un week end de paques super agréable et garderons de cette maison un souvenir agréable.

Satisfaction totale pour des vacances en famille , chambres bien isolées avec des jeunes enfants , confort pour tous. Accès pistes cyclables parfaites et proximité plage très agréable .

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette villa de plain pied dont le plan est très bien conçu.
Tout est pratique dans cette maison, les chambres ont quasi toutes leur salle d'eau.
En rentrant de la plage, vous filez rapidement sous la douche pour profiter ensuite de la terrasse ou du salon convivial.
Cuisine très bien équipée, même la cafetière à capsules est là.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Bois-plage.
