There is lot to enjoy and explore here. The Aufenfeld swimming pool at 2 km is ideal for swim during the summer. You can relax at the Erlebnistherme with thermal baths and indoor pool at 7 km. Hochzillertal skiing area is only 3 km away and is any ski lovers dream spot. There are good restaurants at 300 m and a pizzeria at 100 m to treat your taste buds. Supermarket is at 2 km to meet your shopping needs.
The apartment is generously furnished and has a central heating and cosy living room with TV to keep you comfortable. There is a cot for the kids to feel at home. You can spend the evenings enjoying the view from the balcony sipping a glass of wine. Safe parking is also arranged.
You can find the train station nearby at 500 m.

Het is de tweede maal dat wij deze vakantiewoning hebben geboekt. De woning ligt in een rustig dorp. De ontvangst van de eigenaresse was hartelijk en we hebben leuk contact gehad. De bakker (een aanrader) en supermarkt zijn in 5 à 10 minuten te bereiken. De woning heeft een ruime keuken, die over alle faciliteiten beschikt met daarnaast een ruime aparte woonkamer. Aan drie zijden van de woning is er een balkon, waar je heerlijk van je af kunt kijken. De hele verdieping hebt je ter beschikking en het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om het Zillertal ter verkennen.

De ontvangst was hartelijk ondanks dat wij zeer vroeg aanwezig waren. De kamers waren nog niet gereed maar we konden al snel intrekken lang voor de afgesproken tijd. Alles was zeer schoon en mevrouw was heel vriendelijk. De kamers waren op de eerste verdieping, mooi en ruim zoals de foto's op de web-site lieten zien. Bij de meeste kamers was een balkon. De ruime eetkeuken was prima en was voorzien van alles behalve een broodrooster. De badkamer had een ruime douche en daar stond de wasmachine. Er waren voldoende hand- en theedoeken. echter geen vaatdoekjes, afwasborsteltje of een sponsje. De kamers waren mooi ingericht met mooie gezellige artikelen als schilderijtjes kunstwerkjes, kleedjes enz. Er was voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur en mevrouw vroeg regelmatig of alles naar wens was. De bedden waren ruim en we hebben goed kunnen slapen. De verhouding tussen de prijs en het geboden appartement was goed. We waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf en vinden het een echte aanrader.

Erg fijn appartement, op de eerste verdieping. Ruim en schoon, groot balkon, te bereiken via de woonkamer en slaapkamers. Zeer mooi uitzicht. Prettige omgeving. Veel wandelmogelijkheden. We komen zeker een keer terug in de zomer!

Het vakantiehuis in Stumm is uitstekend voor ons verblijf in de Oostenrijkse bergen in de zomer. Het is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Ruime woonkamer met comfortabel meubilair. Prima sanitair met een ruime hoeveelheid handdoeken. De keuken is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De bedden zijn goed. We zijn gastvrij ontvangen en de gastvrouw staat klaar om te helpen als dat nodig is Stumm ligt redelijk centraal als je in de bergen wilt wandelen. Het vakantiehuis is zeker een aanrader,!
