About this villa rental
Superbly situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac with no rear neighbours and conservation views. Our single storey, fully air conditioned, villa features a large open plan living area. It has a formal living area with leather sofas and a large flat screen TV, with access onto the pool area, a formal dining area seating 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast nook seating 4.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with large shower.
The second bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
There are three further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two further bedrooms both with two twin beds.
A family bathroom serves these bedrooms. It has direct access to the pool area.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
A pack and play cot and a high chair are available for a small child at no cost.
The double garage is used as a games room with a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, bar football and electronic dartboard.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Outside is a covered lanai with ceiling fan light, and patio furniture. This leads onto the large south facing pool area with sun loungers. A safety fence is available to prevent access to the swimming pool for those with small children.
The large private pool and spa is completely screened. It is heatable at an extra charge.
Our villa has complimentary high speed wireless internet and cable TV.

Great villa with all the home comforts, owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive! The villa is in a great location with plenty of local shops and restaurants as well as easy access to the highway to the parks!

Nice home that matched listing. Clean with plenty of room. Washer and dryer worked well. We purchased pool heat and happy we did. Appreciated the pool accessories.With having the retention pond on one side of the house and shrubs on the other, the pool felt very private. Would stay again.

A fantastic home with everything you could ask for. Close to lots of local amenities (supermarkets, restaurants etc).We thoroughly enjoyed a 3 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

The home was in a good location, near Orlando, so there were plenty of things to do. I was not impressed with cleanliness. Overall, it was an ok stay. Unfortunately, I would probably not book again.
