Spacious living area includes a large open plan kitchen-dining room, comfortable lounge and 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor and 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom on ground floor in touch with the planed yard, offers open terrace, 360 degree view to the sea and the mountains. On the ground floor is also a utility room and (separate studio with parking for owner's use,).

This luxury 5 bedroom villa is located in Stoupa of Messinia Mani on South West Peloponnese in Greece. The spacious living area includes a large open plan kitchen-dining room, comfortable lounge and 4 bedrooms with sepereted baths on first floor, offers open terrace all around view to the sea and the mountains. On the ground floor is an utility space and 5th bedroom in touch with the planted yard. The yard is equipped with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The villa is located 2 minutes walk from Stoupa main beach and 15 from famous Kalogria beach, both are crystal clear sandy and shallow ideal for children. Stoupa is a perfect place for sun and leisure but also a good base point for day trips to ancient ruins such as Mystras, Ancient Messene, Diros Caves but also for the all around naturalist environment and historical places such as Viros canyon, sea side walk of Stoupa- Agios Nikolaos, old stoned mountain paths for hiking, katafigi beach, traditional stoned village Milia, Eleochori, Kardamili, and a little more far Vathia and Tenaro, with stoned fortress and Byzantium churches. The villa owned by Minas and Aggeliki family who also run a restaurant (Orato village restaurant) in nearby village of Agios Nikolaos, where we offer 15%discount to our guests and a free tennis court. In stupa there are two supermarkets for shopping and the nearest town is Kalamata 45km.

Great location close to beach and tavernas. Good size rooms and lots of outdoor spaces. Well equipped kitchen, everything we needed.

Stayed as a group of 9 (8 adults and a 10 month old baby) for 2 weeks.
House in fantastic location! Owner stayed in contact and was very quick to reply to any queries I had before coming.
On arrival, check in very simple, and place cleaned well. Not luxury accomodation but suited our needs for somewhere to sleep and shower as most of the group out all day and evening. Large living space and bedrooms so didnt feel on top of each other at all. Big bonus was all having our own ensuite bathrooms!
It did advertise that towels and sheets would be changed after 1 week but this never happened, but since the house has a washing machine we did our own when needed. The dishwasher wasn't working on arrival and it turned out the fuse for it was turned off which we figured out after a day or 2.
Would highly recommend for a group looking for somewhere central in Stoupa to stay and at a good price!

Brilliant location- few minutes to beaches and restaurants. Lovely sea and mountain views from villa. Perfect holiday for a group of friends. We will return!!

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine super Raumaufteilung, da es 5 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und WC gibt. Auch der große Aufenthaltsraum und die Terrasse, die rund ums Haus geht, bieten genug Platz.
Die Kommunikation und der Service vom Vermieter waren ausgezeichnet.
Leider würde das Haus einige Renovierungen und Instandhaltungen vertragen. Vieles war defekt oder hat nur halb funktioniert, und auch die Badezimmer würden dringend eine Renovierung benötigen und Mückennetze (ohne Löcher) wären in den Schlafräumen wichtig.
Vor allem aber gegen die Kakerlaken sollte man etwas unternehmen.
Wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schöne Zeit in Stoupa.
