Location was good and accomodation comfortable.

Did not receive email text about collection of keys and was unable to contact property via Sykes or Booking.com. spent virtually all day prior to travel on phone/emails trying to find out further information. Then spent all of journey to property trying to talk to someone about location of property and how to access keys as postcode did not correspond to location. We arrived at property but then could not access lockbox to get keys. spents ages on phone AGAIN and when eventully managed to talk to someone was then put on hold for hour and then cut off. We managed to locate property at 4.30 pm but was after 6 pm before we finallly accessed the property and this was only when we realised that the keys could be collected from the Barnsdale Hotel , which manages the property on behalf of owners - if we had been told this it would have helped immensely! Booking.com offered to find us alternate accomodation if we were unable to access property - said they would contact property and get back to us - we were there 5 days and still waiting to hear from them! All of the stress and agravation could have been avoided if they had communicated that Hotel had KEYS!!!!!
