Seafront Apartment With Pool

Das Apartment hat eine sehr tolle Lage, der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderbar, man sieht auch den Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt einen Supermarkt um die Ecke der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat und andere große Supermärkte wie Lidl sind auch nicht weit weg. Wir haben von hier die ganze Insel erkundet und haben dieses Apartment als sehr gut geeignet hierfür gefunden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer exzellent, es wurde sehr schnell reagiert und für alles an unseren Fragen eine schnelle Lösung gefunden.

Eigentlich können wir nicht Negatives über die Wohnung sagen.

Beds were comfy. View was amazing.

Cups were filthy and we had to bleach them. Floor was very dirty and had clearly not been mopped. The barbecue was rusted and filthy and could not be used. Lamp shade in front room was on the floor in the front room when we arrived. No pool chairs or loungers for the apartment by the pool. All chairs there and loungers were numbered for the other apartments , what are you supposed to do if using the pool? Sit on the floor? Most of the residents of the complex obviously don’t like the apartment being used for a holiday let as they are not friendly at all. 4 flights of stairs to the apartment which are not mentioned anywhere. I would not have booked if I had known as 3 in my party have mobility issues Part of the couch has sunk as the springs have gone. In a previous review for this apartment a year ago some of theses issues are mentioned but nothing has been done?? The mirror in the bathroom has a big crack in it. The owner should address these things. One of the residents told me she had told the owner to get chairs for the pool several times but he takes no notice. Seems he just takes the money but won’t make the improvements needed.
