Staff qas good.cleaning was done every day.and room qas xomforrable.
Taxi is too expenaive.hotel should make some arrangement for airport or other drops when no public tranaport available.

The breakfast was wonderful. Turkish breakfasts are always a treat. The room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The area around the hotel felt very local, not touristy, but with lots of lovely shops, restaurant, and grocery stores close by. The bus stop is just a short walk away and the metro access was just a short 15 minute walk. We used the hotel transfer service from IST airport but just took a bus to the metro for our return to the airport. Both worked very well.
