Host explained check in process extraordinarily. Felt safe and secure. Beautiful property wasn’t ready for summer but still very peaceful. Chickens on property roaming freely, made the stay feel so peaceful. I love the closed in porch but unsure if I could enjoy it so didn’t come out as much. The space is perfect for solo travelers or a couple. Unsure why the cleaning fee is so steep but other than that great price. It’s about 25/30 minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. I’d definitely book again, just wish the fee for cleaning wasn’t so high. Not much to clean lol. The kitchen is super small but has all the amenities. Fairly large bathroom. King size bed was very comfortable. Overall super satisfied

The accomodations were fine for a weekend stay for my husband and I. We would stay here again!

Walls were paper thin...heard the hosts arguing and cussing.
Pictures were deceptive to the size of the room
No privacy.
They should explain to potential renters that they have preteen children and a dog and a early rising rooster...lol. .we had no problem with that ourselves but others might need to know this.
Description says access to an outdoor grill but the welcome book states you need to provide your own propane
