About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The size of this home is perhaps its most unique benefit. Very few properties have the open space to host 14 guests without the property feeling `crowded`. This property is so large that at times guests may wonder where the kids went....and they are just upstairs in their game room having fun or playing pool.

The property is elegantly rustic, beautiful views of Lake Champlain. Very well stocked for bathrooms, Laundry, games, televisions, etc. Great Kitchen.We were bookending attendance at a family wedding about 45 minutes away from the property. Very relaxing and beautiful views of the Lake and surrounding hills and forests.The access to the house and then to the Lake are a series of steps that are pretty long and deep. Not well suited to children under the age of 7 or 8 or for anyone with concerns about lots of steps.Remote and somewhat challenging navigation at night to access from the highway.All in all delightful but not for folks with accessibility issues.

Location was great as was kayaking! This home did meet our needs.
House needs some help. Issues with - lack of kitchen towels, flies in house, very dirty oven, cobwebs, difficulty closing doors, broken shades, minimal water pressure in bathroom sinks.
