Great experience

I was a little anxious when I read some negative comments about the property but our experience was great! It is the first house I have ever encountered that has a compact steam iron during our Europe tour😊. The climate is not leaking at all. Everything is fine

Okay as an emergency stay.

It was clean, nice towels.

Location is near by station but we had 3 heavy suitcases and flat was on the 1st floor no lift it was very difficult to move upstairs. The main bedroom very narrow and space between bed and wall was 15 cm. I stayed with my mum and we are only small women and it was difficult to move around the bed. If you are big, tall person especially man with big legs feet it will be tricky. It is only one conditioner in the flat above main door so no conditioner in the bedroom. The building is near busy road from 3 am heavy lorries was constantly running and not only the noice was a problem the whole apartment was shaking. Apartment is located near by bounded old factory and lots of buildings also empty near by. It’s definitely industrial complex.

Stayed here 3 times now. Really like the location to the train station. Hosts are always responsive and trying to accommodate. Will come back

Fine for only one night

The apartment is close to the train station and it is easy to get to the airport. It works on self checkin so it was good for us as we’ve arrived late and had to leave really early. Keep in mind that if you arrive in the evening after 9 you might not find a place nearby to eat or a grocery shop that is open. Also it is very spacious and it has a kitchen.

There was an electric generator or something outside the apartment that made a terrible noise during the night so we couldn’t sleep well. Also in the bathroom there is a step between the shower and the sink, when it is water on the floor it’s very slippery and dangerous. The shower wasn’t clean and everything in the bathroom was moldy and there were no toiletries, only hand soap.

Great location, nice apartment

Apartment is well located for the train station. Supermarket 5 minutes walk away and Lidl 10 minutes away. Everything is there: cutlery, pots, glasses, towels, hairdryer. Very good stay

The apartment is very spacious. It was excellent for the early flight from the Malpensa airport. We were a bit confused because it was dark and didn't find the entrance to the apartment fast enough. But it is right above the arch (the main entrance to the building).

Fully equipped apartment

Very convenient for late arrival into Malpensa and key check-in worked well. A nice little apartment with kitchen, washing machine and much appreciated air conditioning. I didn't stay for long enough to really appreciate the accommodation.

Bedroom was small and it took a while for effect of air-conditioning to reach it.

We spend a few days to visit Milan, Bergamo and Como lake, and enjoy good rest in 21House.

Clean apartment, everything in order. Close to train station, comfort connection with Malpensa airport and Milan. Very good Carboni pizzeria at the other side of the street. Excellent ratio quality to price.

Location is a short walk distance to train station. The station is only 8 minutes train ride from Milan Malpensa. Airport. The apartment is a good size with all necessary facilities. Clean and comfortable bed

Large enough for three at least. Kitchen well appointed. Bath large with washer. The localized heating was well appreciated as it was wet and cold out that night. Great pizzeria right across the street. Good for an overnight.

Only drawback was the traffic on the street due to repairs unfinished so big vehicles with big thmps now and then. Not terrible and not the owners fault. Owners communicaton was good; however, I. would have appreciated being able to leave bags there for a bit while picking up family from airport without paying quite a sum to do so.

Basic flat that met my needs.

The worlds comfiest bed! The owners were in contact about how to access the property. There were the basics in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and full sets of cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.

It was quite cold in the flat and I didn’t know how to turn the heating on. The lounge is very basic and I wouldn’t spend much time in there.

A fine place to spend a night or two when going to or coming from the airport. (

The hosts were very communicative, sending clear and precise emails about how to self-check-in, and answering questions quickly and completely. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable, plenty of space for clothes, with a great shower and bathroom. Most of all, it's a five-minute walk to the train station (Busto Arsizio Nord) and from there it is a quick 10 minute train ride into Terminal 1 at Malpensa--super easy to catch an early morning flight. The printed recommendations for restaurants (in four languages) prepared by the hosts were very helpful--I found an excellent one at the top of their list.

The following was NOT a problem for me, but it's worth saying so some travellers are not surprised when they arrive. The apartment is not in the prettiest part of town (perfectly safe, but not aesthetically pleasing) and some travellers may be put off by the courtyard one passes through to get to the apartment--it's a working space shared by residential and commercial uses. There was no problem with noise from the work in the courtyard but some travellers may find it unappealing. None of this matters once you are inside the lovely apartment. The via Magenta is quite busy during early evening, so there is some traffic noise audible inside, but the traffic is gone by 8-9pm, so no trouble sleeping.

L'appartamento è grande e pulito, con un'ottimo bar davanti per la colazione. Intorno ci sono molti posti auto

La cassettina per la chiavi era durissima e per nulla agevole da usare. Ho contattato il proprietario che mi ha risposto ma quando poi sono riuscita ad entrare non mi ha risposto più nemmeno una parola e ci sono rimasta un po' male. L'appartamento è spazioso ma poco luminoso, gli interruttori sono pochi e mal collocati e il bagno è molto lontano dalla camera.

Perfecto para conexión con el aeropuerto

Se podía aparcar fácilmente cerca y gratuito. Para hacer una noche cerca del aeropuerto a buen precio. Hay una pizzería muy buena cerca. La cama de matrimonio era cómoda.

Escaleras de entrada con un estado de limpieza deplorable. Luego el apartamento no estaba mal. Aire acondicionado del salon perdía mucha agua, tuvimos que poner un cazo. Cocina con limpieza regular, baño con manchas de cal en grifería y mal olor del inodoro. Defectos, que por el precio y por una noche tampoco es que sean condicionantes.
