Boa localização, bom custo x benefício. Apesar de não ter cama de casal, o colchão era bom. A tv era de tubo, mas pegava bem e tinha SKY. Wi-fi
Poderia ter um fogão, armário ou pia com gabinete pra colocar os utensílios. Deveria ter cana de casal. Faltou um bebedouro de uso comum.
