The apartment is located in an area as beautiful as it is quiet and strategic in Orosei. Pleasantly hospitable and comfortable, the apartment stands out immediately, both for the sense of hospitality in its breadth and brightness and for the comfort in its space and its furniture, done with taste and simplicity.
Furnished and furnished with all kinds of objects and services, including air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, the apartment does not lack anything enriched by a beautiful sliding door that invites you to spend pleasant evenings under the stars, in a lovely intimate and relaxing garden. Very important also, the possibility 'to keep the car in the parking lot, so have the' freedom 'to be able to move on foot with ease'.
In the immediate vicinity are various services, such as mini markets or pizzerias, restaurants and ice cream parlors not to mention the old town with its narrow streets, its churches and museums and small shops of local crafts that enrich even more 'a pleasant atmosphere .
We are fortunate to find ourselves in a world where nature is still pristine and jealously respected, a part of the eastern Sardinian territory more and more visited thanks to the enchanting and white beaches, washed by a clear and crystalline sea.

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Orosei, a few minutes walk to numerous pizzerias and other restaurants. The owner lives above the apartment and allows guests to park in front of the building thus avoiding busy street parking. Orosei is a good location for excellent beaches and travelling up and down the coast. But be prepared for the many hairpin bends if you intend to venture inland. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a small private garden that gets the sun all day.

"In the house, there are 2 apartments on the ground floor with the owner living above. We were in the one that has a terasse and a small garden. The appartment is spacious with a large table. It is in the center of Orosei but remains very calm. Air condition was useful(August period)."
