About this apartment rental
Inside the Alto Garda Park, in the municipality of Gardone Riviera and a few steps from the lake, with its slightly raised position, the apartment offers its guests an oasis of total peace and tranquility and at the same time an incredible view of the lake.
Our apartment is housed on the first floor of a building dating back to the 15th century which has been recently renovated, and overlooks the lake entirely.
At the exclusive disposal of the guests we offer an entire apartment for private use with an independent entrance, consisting of a double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with shower, a large eat-in kitchen complete with everything needed for lunches or dinners in total autonomy, and a living room independent with exit to an additional panoramic terrace, where you can relax admiring the whole lake. Since the living room is independent from the rest of the apartment and is equipped with a double sofa bed of excellent quality, if necessary it can become an additional bedroom suitable for comfortably accommodating both children and adults, always guaranteeing the right privacy for the occupants .
From the entire apartment you can enjoy a spectacular and total lake view.
At guests' disposal there is a full kitchen, LCD TV, high quality Hi-Fi system, Wi-Fi connection. Free Fi throughout the hotel (for foreigners, thanks to the fact that the router is portable, there is the possibility of use even during external visits), and ample free parking nearby.
On request, included in the price, two bicycles are available.
In the immediate vicinity, easily reachable on foot, in addition to excellent restaurants and evening clubs, we also recommend:

Bus and boat stops are 400 meters away.

We enjoyed a fortnight‘s stay in this flat in the heart of Gardone. The view from the two balconies is extremely beautyful, especially in the evenings. Restaurants and Shops/bank are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Traffic down at the seaside almost unhearable. The hosts are very caring and responsive. It was one of our best holidays during the recent years.

I felt that I lived like a local in Lake Garda which was exactly what I was hoping to do. The apartment is a charming property overlooking the lake. I had a car which is a help getting to and from the apartment as it is a 5 minute walk from the lake on a hillside. The walk, however, is beautiful and a great way to help burn off the delicious meals served at the many local restaurants! Parking is easy and free at the apartment but not always easy nor free in the towns around the lake. Fabrizio, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable if I ever had a question. I had a very enjoyable 2 week stay and I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was excellent, and very well placed between Gardone Riviera and Barbarano. Walking down to the beach, restaurants or supermarket only takes 10 minutes, and there’s lots of parking within 30 second walk.
Fabrizio was very communicative and his Mother was lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here!
