The house is very comfortable, has all the comforts, and a simple and comfortable decoration. It is designed to accommodate a family or group of friends, if you have pets you can enjoy freely in the garden because it is completely closed and there is no danger. The garden has a large porch that is an extension of the house, ideal for eating outdoors, enjoy a good barbecue, etc. The pool area is fenced so you can be quiet if there are small children. The access with the car is very comfortable, the door is automatic activated with a remote control, and has a wide capacity for two cars without problem. The urbanization is very quiet, belongs to the municipality of Carmona, but is closer to Mairena del Alcor, where you can find 10 minutes by car all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, etc.

La comunicación con María del Mar ha sido fluida, y la casa muy limpia y cómoda. El único detalle, ha sido que he al tenido que llevar sábanas y toallas porque no se nos facilitaba y no se detallaba en el anuncio.

La casa es tal como se ve en las fotos: con el jardín espectacular, barbacoa, chimenea, es espaciosa... Nosotros pasamos un fin de semana espectacular, solo nos faltó el baño en la piscina porque el tiempo no acompañó, pero espero poder volver y quitarme esa espinita. Ademas María del Mar, la anfitriona, fue muy simpática con nosotros, nos enseñó todo lo que teníamos que saber de la casa y sus alrededores y nos dejo salir más tarde el domingo. Una experiencia de 10, repetiremos sin duda!!!
