About this cottage rental
The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it is composed of Apartments Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with swimming pool. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. We accept PETS of medium and small size with notice.
TWO-ROOMED APARTMENT N. 2 for n. 2 - 4 guests - composed of: living room with double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, air conditioning, safe, terrace of mt. 3 x 3.5, wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric blind, private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: POOL, private parking, solarium, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for guests.
The property is situated in the countryside on a hill overlooking the coast of Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering sweeping views of the sea, reached by ONLY 6-minute drive. The beach and about 8 km with the same promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historical and cultural city of Fermo is reached with 10 minutes' drive.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which rest small, ancient villages. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.

We had two very good weeks in Casa Carla!
The object is located on a hill allowing a great view over the valey down to the sea!
Casa Carla offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a clean, fully equipped apartment, a beautiful pool, washer and dryer, shaded parking in a top maintained, park-like complex.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in un posto molto curato e tranquillo.
Un posto ideale per chi desidera passare una settimana in totale relax con i bambini.
Il mare dista solo 5 minuti di macchina, con spiagge molto belle e curate.
La Sig.ra Carla è sempre stata gentile e disponibile.
