About this house rental
At 800mt from the beach of Nora, I offer a splendid two-story villa with swimming pool, ideal for families. Equipped with all comforts, air conditioning, kitchen with oven, four burners, microwave, dishwasher, combined fridge, flat screen TV, two bathrooms with shower, three bedrooms (5 comfortable beds), garden with shaded dining area. THE USE OF THE SWIMMING POOL IS ALLOWED IN THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER. Shuttle service Elmas Airport - Pula for a fee.
Cozy living room with kitchenette, microwave, oven, four burners, latest generation fridge with freezer, a sofa, an expandable table, flat screen TV. The house has two bathrooms, one on each floor, each with a shower, the washing machine is located on the ground floor. Living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Guests have access to the entire villa.
I will always be available for my guests, I will have the pleasure of directing them to the best destinations in Pula and the surrounding areas, throughout southern Sardinia. I will give my most valuable advice on the best restaurants in the area, the best beaches, natural parks and all kinds of attractions.
The neighborhood is very quiet, residential, at night silence reigns, despite being inside the town. It is in a strategic position, being halfway between the beach and the town center. It is connected to the beach and the central streets of the town with a brand new cycle path. the house is located 800m from the archaeological site of Nora.
My advice is to move by bicycle, taking advantage of the long cycle path from the beach to the city. The alternative is the car or a nice walk, which never hurts!

We had a wonderful stay in Pula. The house is very clean and has everything you would need. The pool is great and the beds are comfortable. Everything is just as it’s described in the listing. I woukd love to stay there again.

Wir waren zu zweit für 10 Tage in diesem großartigen Objekt. Kontaktaufnahme, Begrüßung sowie Support der Familie während des Aufenthalts waren optimal und herzlich. Es gibt 4 Schlafgelegenheiten (2 Zimmer) im Obergeschoss, geeignet für eine Familie mit 2 Kids, 2 Bäder mit Dusche, großer Wohn- und Küchenraum, der keine Wünsche offen lässt und TV mit italienischen Programmen. W-Lan soll kommendes Jahr nachgerüstet werden.
Highlight ist der Pool mit Außendusche, der abends in farbenreicher Beleuchtung erstrahlt, tagsüber wunderbar erfrischt und dem Objekt das gewisse Extra verleiht. Das Auto steht direkt vor dem Objekt. Zum Strand von Pula (sehr relaxed im Juni) fährt man am besten mit dem Auto. In das Städtchen braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten. Da gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Läden zum Verweilen.
Der Weg zu den Stränden nach Chia und zur Küstenstraße ist nicht weit, auch eine kleine Bergtour ist drin. Nach Cagliari kommt man in einer Stunde.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
