About this bed and breakfast
2013 built, very clean and like new, family friendly, ocean view suite located downtown Parksville in a quiet cul-de-sac, a minute's walk from the beach. Enjoy your coffee or wine with a beautiful view of the Georgia Strait from the private deck. Free WiFi, Optik TV, Netflix. Kitchenette, Fridge, Air conditioned. More information The space Our guesthouse is a private, fully self-contained 500 sq. ft. suite comprising 1 bedroom, living / dining room / kitchenette, and a bathroom with bath & shower. Private entrance is via stairs to a deck at the side of the house where you can sit and enjoy beautiful sunrises with your coffee or sunsets with your favourite wine. A starter breakfast / food pack is provided, including fruit, baking, cereal & milk, fresh ground coffee & tea. Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash is also available for your use. We also have a baby cot available (at no extra cost for the baby or the cot!!) Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Fridge with top freezer, air fryer oven, Countertop Stove. Free Wifi, Telus Optik TV, Sony Smart Apps including Netflix etc. Guest access Private entrance is via stairs to the ocean & mountain view deck at the side of the house. We can arrange for a key to be left for you if we are not home when you arrive. Interaction with guests We always try to meet and greet our guests, or at least bump into one another during your stay, but if we can’t, access is gained using a lockbox on the property. Other things to note Early check-in should be fine if pre-arranged, or if there was no same-day checkout.

A very comfortable location to visit Parksville and surrounding areas of Vancouver Island. Melissa was very welcoming to her apartment at Potter's View.

The accommodations were ideal and exactly as advertised. Hosts were very helpful and respectful of our privacy. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We would highly recommend considering Potters View guesthouse.
