About this apartment rental
This welcoming accommodation is located on the hills surrounding Bardolino, immersed in the vineyards and routes of the Bardolino Wine Road.
The Residence is reached by travelling approximately 400 metres inside the driveway gate, which is the first access to the Residence, comprising several small groups of apartments.
Reached the highest area of the residence, you will find our House with parking in the external access area.
The apartment consists of a spacious living room with dining table and living area with two sofas and satellite television and a small well-equipped kitchen. The living room overlooks the terrace and external garden that surrounds the house.
From the terrace and garden you can enjoy a spectacular lake view that you can enjoy during outdoor lunches or dinners or relaxed on sun loungers.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing maximum comfort during your stay.
The swimming pool of the Residence, shared with other guests, is located approximately 300 metres from the house and our apartment has two sun loungers always available in the large green space surrounding the pool.
The pool is open from 15 June to 15 September
From this area you can enjoy all the pleasant activities that can be carried out at Lake Garda throughout the year, such as water sports like windsurfing and sailing, or scenic excursions on Monte Baldo, cycling along scenic routes, and cultural visits to the medieval villages of Sirmione and Malcesine.
You can also enjoy moments of relaxation at the famous ancient Thermal Baths of Sirmione or at the nearby Thermal Baths of Colà, with their characteristic small lake, or spend an enjoyable day at Parks such as Gardaland or Caneva Aquapark.
The beautiful Verona is only 25 km away and Venice approximately 150 km.

Herrliche Aussicht auf den Gardasee und in die umliegende Hügellandschaft. Startpunkt vieler Rad- und Wanderrouten direkt vom Haus weg. Wir haben es sehr genossen, das Auto einmal stehen zu lassen.
Leider fanden die Ameisen das Haus ebenso einladend wie wir! Wir konnten ihnen nicht Herr werden, trotz täglicher Reinigung unsererseits. Badezimmerausstattung eher einfach, aber es reicht. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

La maison est grande et bien équipée. La vue sur le lac de Garde est splendide. Attention la piscine (non chauffée) est partagée, est loin de la maison et comporte beaucoup de règles restrictives.

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Anlage, ca. 10 Autominuten von Bardolino entfernt.
Die Wohnung war großräumig und nett eingerichtet.
Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Uns hat das großzügiges Ferienhaus mit dem Panoramablick auf den Gardasee gut gefallen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist dir Antica Osteria Corte Calcina, welche in weniger als 30 Minuten Fußweg durch die Weinberge erreichbar ist.
