About this villa rental
This house is incredibly comfortable and spacious. There are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, a third has two single beds and the fourth bedroom can sleep four. There are four single beds consisting of bunk beds and a single bed with a pull out bed underneath.
The kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher. Completely furnished with cookware and dining ware. A large living area has two big, comfortable couches and several chairs. The indoor dining area can seat 8 people.
Outside there are several different areas to eat and relax. A large table on the side can seat up to 10. In the central terrace, open to the house from the living area and also the dining area there is seating for up to 12.
The very BEST part of the house though is the rooftop terrace. The views are amazing both night and day. a built in seating area, covered by a sun tent can seat up to 8. There are extra chairs and tables available as well. The terrace is huge with space to play, suntan and just relax.
There is an open, outdoor shower and plenty of drying lines to hang wet towels and bathing costumes.
The property entrance is gated and there is ample parking, including several covered spots.
A gate at the back of the villa leads to a path that will take you to the water. Here you can sun and swim with little company. However, the most popular beaches are just a short drive away.
The villa is surrounded by lush native plants, flowers and trees.

Une belle villa de plain pied parfaitement intégrée à son décor naturel de pierre et de pins, une vue à couper le souffle depuis le toit terrasse sur la baie et les montagnes alentours, une localisation parfaite pour se déplacer le long de la magnifique Costa Smeralda !
