About this villa rental
Villa with 2 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathroom and open living/dining/kitchen space.
Private 12,50 m pool, large roofed veranda, private terrasses in own large site of 5.000 square meters.
The property offers a modern classic atmosphere granting lots of privacy.
Many amenities as large veranda and terrassses, large kitchen-dining-living area with direct access to the spacious veranda, terrasses and pool and outdoor kitchen.
This is the ideal location for couples, families or small groups to spend their vacation in a quiet and modern environment with a lot of amenities as the great pool, the spacious sunset Veranda, additional outdoorkitchen with large BBQ covered by a shadowing Pergola, additional stone build outdoorshower with warm/cold water for a starlight shower.
The Villa is constructed in a double wall system with exterior natural stones wall. It keeps stays cool longer even during the hot south Italian summer months.
Central floor heating make this a nice place to stay as well in the Winter months.
The Villa offers 2 bedrooms with double bed. In the living room are additional sleeping facilities possible in a double sofa bed (upper quality).
So alltogether a total of up to 6 sleeps is possible.
2 separate bathrooms allow additional privacy.
The living dining kitchen area grants access to the spacious veranda with terrasses and pool in front of it. With the BBQ and the outdoor kitchen space you can enjoy Italian summer feelings.
The 12,50m Pool has large wide steps leading down in the water. The 5 square meters approximately 50 cm deep kids playing area makes it easier for kids to enjoy the water. This is not separated from the rest of the pool and kids in the pool need the adults attention.
As well adults can enjoy the sunset in the shallow waters of this area.
It is a 5 min. drive to Ostuni along the quiet cul de sac country road and 15-20 min. to several very nice beaches.

Property was very clean and well equipped. The photos are accurate. The large pool is quite private and suitable for doing lengths. The loungers were in good condition and equipped with comfortable cushions. The kitchen had most of what you would need but no microwave. The villa is set on a large plot of land adjacent but separate from another villa owned by the same owner. The rear faces an olive grove. Communication with the owner was very easy and he replied promptly to any questions. The last part (200m) of the road to the villa was quite rough - especially after the heavy rain we had, but it was fine for our ordinary rental car. We found it easy to get to the grocery store outside Ostuni. It was only a short drive away. The coastal park near Torre Guaceto has a very nice sandy beach. I would recommend this property for a couple or a small group.

We were very happy in the villa - the pool was large and the temperature was perfect. The kitchen had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable. It was quite warm in the evenings so we used the bedroom fans. Air conditioning could be a great asset in the future. Overall we had a lovely time.
