“La casa dei Portici" has WiFi 2 bedrooms (4 persons), a scenic veranda and a exclusive garden.
The huge veranda with a spectacular view on the sea is furnished with table and chairs.
The beach is 3 km far, the town is 2 km far, the junction of hightway Palermo-Messina is 2 km.
The estate 'Santa Tecla' is halfway between the east and west sides of Sicily. The house is in the countryside, surrounded by gardens and olive groves and is just 3 km from the beach.
The house is equipped with:
- a double bedroom, in which it is possible to add a baby cot.
- a twin bedroom,
- a bathrooms (with washing machine);
- fully equipped kitchen with dining area;
- private landscaped garden with a sencond exterior shower;
- a panoramic terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, with veranda, table, chairs;
- barbeque to cook and eat outside;
- free private car park.

Electricity is to consumption € 0,40 Kwh.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Juni 2017 auf Sizilien.
Das schönste am Haus ist die grosse überdachte Terrasse, wo man zu jeder Zeit im Schatten sehr gut sitzen kann. Dabei die tolle Aussicht aufs Meer und Hügel.
Sehr ruhige Gegend, die Strasse zum Haus etwas steil, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell. Das Auto kann unter Pergola geparkt werden und wird dabei nicht zu sehr durchheizt.
Für drei-vier Personen ist Platz ausreichend da. Im Hause drin haben war ja nur geschlafen, die restliche Zeit draussen verbracht. In der Küche ist alles da (wenn auch in Tage gekommen), was man zum einfachen Kochen braucht. Was uns gefehlt hat - wie Weingläser, grössere Kaffebecher und sonstige Kleinigkeiten - haben wir gekauft und bei der Abreise da gelassen.
Im Haus ist es tatsächlich etwas dunkel, da es irgendwie im Hang eingebaut ist. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem grossen Bett ist schwer zu lüften, da ist nur ein winziges Klappfenter, was kaum Luft durchlässt. Dabei wird es im Haus nicht zu heiss, obwohl da kein Airkondition vorhanden ist.
Das Bad wäre nach neuem Anstrich bestimmt viel schöner. So ist alles funktionsfähig. Die Dusche ist fast extrem eng. Für etwas korpulentere Leute könnte das zum Problem werden.
Was für uns eine Überraschung war - die Wohnung oben wird auch vermietet. Wir hatten Glück und haben in 2 Wochen zwei ruhige Familien als Nachbarrn gehabt. Aber - was uns angeht - sind wir viel lieber alleine und waren bei der Anreise eher negativ überrascht. Dabei ist das Haus eigentlich ziemlich hellhörig.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieter-Agentur verlief ganz ok. Die Vertreter vor Ort waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen war prima.
Das Auto ist unbedingt notwendig.
Insgesamt Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei 4.

La casa offre un ampio ed ottimo portico con una vista stupenda, l'interno è bello ed accogliente ed è immersa in uno splendido verde. Posto auto ombreggiato ed in 10 minuti si raggiungono le splendide spiagge di Capo D'Orlando. Ottimo Wi-Fi. Unica pecca, ma di poca importanza, non va la televisione a colpa della zona. Portatevi repellenti per le zanzare. Abbiamo passato una bella settimana di vacanze, consigliato.

Sehr netter Empfang am Haus, sowohl deutsch- als auch englischsprachig. Schöne Terasse mit Blick auf Meer, Öl- und Zitronenbäume, regengeschützt, mit Grill. Einfach eingerichtet, aber alles da, was man braucht (Gasherd, kleiner Elektrobackofen zum toasten geeignet und mittelgroße Espressokanne). Im Haus selbst etwas dunkel. Dusche etwas eng und dünner Wasserstrahl. Sauberkeit mittelmäßig. Würden insgesamt wegen gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wieder hingehen.
