Ideally served by Girona or Barcelona airports, easily accessible by freeway, Calella is in the center of a region rich in tourist, sports and gastronomic attractions.
From the house, the beaches are at 5mn walking distance, restaurants and all amenities of Calella are at 7mn walking distance.
The property:
The house, completely refurbished in autumn 2012, offers a high standing space at 5 minutes walk from the beaches.
It has a large secure garage with direct access to the entrance hall, which serves a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, an independent toilet, and a large modern and comfortable living / dining room, from which you can access the terrace and its lounge area, as well as the garden.
On the second floor, the master bedroom, with dressing room, WC and Italian shower en suite, opens onto a sunny terrace.
On the same landing, there are two double bedrooms with large closets, as well as a bathroom and WC.
Finally, the second floor offers another very luminous double bedroom with shower and WC, and a magnificent terrace from which you can see the sea.
The house benefits from a spacious private garden (150m²), but is also part of a community with two beautiful swimming pools.

This property has it all. Amenities, views, location and charm. we enjoyed the balconies and space for our family. It is a great location just far enough away from busy district but close enough to walk to everything. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Calella de Palafrugell. The house was wonderful, very clean, lovely patio and comfortable beds. Very well stocked kitchen and easy check in process. The house is just a 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the centre of the beach side town. We would stay again!

This property suited our family perfectly with an amazing outside dining area and a quick walk to THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH I have ever seen! The coastal walk is amazing and the views and beach at El Golfet do not disappoint!
The walk is a little steep and may be hard with small kids. In early June this area is not crowded, very quiet and an ideal temperature day and night but if all neighbors are present this area could have a different feel! The large garage made parking so easy!

We reserved this property during the holidays in Calella de Palafrugell. The property is well located about 10 minutes walk from the village and walking trails which provides a good base to explore Costa Brava. The owner is very nice and easy to contact. The only disappointments were that at our arrival we quickly realized that the house wasn't properly cleaned, it is dated and a few things needed repairs (including a faulty hot water tank).
