The house is located within a large property at the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, over a slight elevation, near a small village.
The Sitio is a 'L' shaped house. The two sides, south oriented, embrace a spacious green lawn, where two large pines provide a fresh and airy shelter for the summer sunny days, and also the pool (with 10x5m WITHOUT fences) with its large deck protected from winds. All this is surrounded by Arrabida natural vegetation.
All interior spaces are fluid and extend to terrace and balconies. Near the living room, the covered terrace is excellent to meals with a large table and barbecue.
Indoors, the house has two floors. On the top floor, at the lawn level, we can find the living room with fireplace, the dining room, the kitchen, the balcony and the covered terrace; the other wing of the house, contains the more private compartments, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the bottom floor, there are the fifth bedroom (3-4 people), the third bathroom, the entrance and the heating compartment.
